In-store Intelligence - Mauve

Keeping the cost of any marketing campaign to absolute minimum is an essential ingredient to the modern marketing mix. Delivering the demands of a retail marketing campaign can only be achieved by ensuring that the intelligence behind the campaign is completely accurate.

Mauve is the software solution that will ensure your campaigns are kept to the lowest possible cost, that the intelligence is completely accurate, that they are compliant with in-store demands and that they arrive on time, every time.

Mauve consists of 8 different elements each delivering its own powerhouse of information for any marketing campaign. Each element is available on its own to solve a particular problem or you can build your very own Mauve model by selecting each element that you require for your own campaign strategy. Whichever way you work Mauve will deliver the very best campaign performance possible, at the lowest possible cost and in the fastest possible time.

Campaign Manager: Campaign Manager is the place where a campaign can be controlled and managed 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year and from any global location where there is a computer and internet. Gantt charts and email alerts ensure constant updates and information flow ensuring every campaign is delivered beyond expectations.

Catalogue: When a campaign is being produced a range of items will be made to satisfy the POS demand, such as; free standing display units (FSDU’s), posters, counter display units (CDU’s), leaflets and window graphics. The catalogue contains images of all these items enabling each store to see what collateral is available prior to placing an order. From this area a user can also see the stock available prior to placing an order.

Digital Asset Library: Throughout the history of a company, a range of marketing assets are designed and used including logo's, photographic images and design elements. Placing them in the Digital Asset Library makes all these assets available to all authorised parties in one core location.

Distributions: Sending goods to different locations requires absolute control of the distributions process. The ability to monitor all elements of a campaign in one location ensures that the distribution runs smoothly and effortlessly for each campaign and store. The process also delivers 'Proof of Delivery' without the need to contact the logistics provider.

Production Orders: Once a campaign has been determined and the prices for the goods agreed, the goods need to be ordered.  The production order process ensures the correct goods are ordered from the correct suppliers with all the intricacies of the supply demand built into the information sent to the suppliers.

Stock Controller: With your catalogue information carefully recorded you can allow individual stores to order additional stock. You can see if there is extra demand arising by item from a location on a regular basis and then you can make an intelligent decision about how you should manage this knowledge. You can also determine how long stock should be available for and how much any location should be able to order. In essence you can use the intelligence you gain from location activity to determine your future strategy. Finally you will be able to see exactly when your locations received their goods so that there is no dispute about what was received and when.

Store Profiler: Every location has its own individual layout therefore different stores demand different applications of marketing collateral. Profiling a store and keeping this information in one place means that every campaign will be store specific with each store receiving the POS tailored to them. This in turn results in an extremely cost effective approach to POS distribution.

Supplier Quotes: Obtaining competitive pricing quickly and efficiently has never been easier. The Supplier Quotation system sends out the campaign information to the vendor panel in a completely discreet manner. Suppliers are not able to see who their competitors are nor can they see the pricing of other suppliers. This means supplier pricing is 100% transparent and can be fully evidenced and reported.
